  • Shared driveway for one vehicle. No parking on the grass.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The downstairs unit does not have an HVAC-designated thermostat. Room temperature is maintained by the upstairs thermostat.
  • The kitchenette in the lower unit has an induction cooktop. Pots and pans provided for the lower unit must remain downstairs. Pots and pans from the upstairs unit will not work in the downstairs kitchen.
  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the beds.

Things to Bring

  • Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
